Coach Assist Services

We provide the following services for any coach intending to partner with us on a “win-win” basis:
- Identifying the coaching schedule of the coach a month in advance – This is by having access to their Google coaching calendar. Once identified, we check previous month till which we have already completed their financials for each of the coach’s clients.
- Email the client directly (access to CRM like Zoho or client list containing all the contact details) requesting them their P&L and Balance Sheet for the previous month. In case we have access to their books in Xero, MYOB or QB, we download their data once the client green flags us that their previous month accounting is completed.
- Start preparing their management reports for the period using the management accounting software maintained by the coach/ our own customized software and get the outputs the way it is required by the coach.
- Dropbox the management reports for the month or upload them to the client portal almost a couple of days in advance and flag the client that the reports are ready for them to check and to take points before coming to the coaching call.
- Follow up with the coach to find out in case any changes are needed to be incorporated in the Management Reporting and carrying out those changes along with the next month reporting.
- Identify places where improvements need to be made as a part of the preparation of management reports.
- Send monthly reminders to the client on behalf of the coach reminding them to complete their accounting for the previous month within a cut off period

Book-keeping Services
We undertake accounting of clients’ books in Xero which includes Accounts Payables Management, Accounts Receivables Management, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow preparation, and all basic bookkeeping services for our clients in Xero. We prepare monthly Management Accounting Reports for our coaching clients based on the financial data submitted by them (coaches’ client data). We convert their data into meaningful interpretational reports thereby taking over the “brain damage” of the client coaches allowing them to concentrate on scaling up their client base rapidly. We have a dedicated team and system which is capable of churning the reports on a periodic basis based on the client’s requirements. Virtual Business Coaching & CFO Services
We provide Virtual Business Coaching and CFO services on behalf of Actioncoaches in Australia, Newzealand, and the US. We provide monthly coaching strategies and guidance to their clients to ensure that the clients are able to develop and double their businesses over a small period of time. We do this on a per-client basis or on a “Retainer” basis based on coaches’ requirements.
BPO / KPO Services
We provide BPO/KPO services for any industry whereby we get the process outsourced to our team and manage the process on behalf of the client.
